The zodiac on the compass
Your year animal is a direction
The twelve year animals are the twelve Earthly Branches, and the branches are compass sectors. The Rat, 子, is due north; the Rabbit, 卯, due east; the Horse, 午, due south; the Rooster, 酉, due west. So your year animal has a home direction, and its phase interacts with a room's element through the generating and controlling cycles. Find your favorable directions with your Kua number.
